Chelsea Carlson

Chelsea is thrilled to be returning to NJRF for her seventh season, and second season as Music Director. Chelsea is an award-winning musician and alumnus of Berklee College of Music. Some of her favorite past roles include Linda (The Wedding Singer) and Maid Marian (NJRF). She is the Director of Music and Media for the Artist Collective Troupe, through which she has recently music directed “Wish Upon a Song” and assistant directed “Elf: The Musical” and “Mary Poppins.”

Chelsea enjoys performing at renaissance faires along the east coast with her trio, Bardy Pardy, who recently released their first album. Chelsea was awarded Top New Female Act at the 2013 JAM Awards, and in 2022 was given the Legion of Honor Award for her volunteer work and humanitarian efforts.

When she is not performing, Chelsea enjoys cooking, playing with her cats, and teaching music lessons.
